Hotel Check-In & House Rules Blueprint

Room allocation, housekeeping guidelines, and nightly security checkups.

Over 9 nights, our group will stay in business-class hotels in Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin, and Frankfurt. Proper behavior inside German hotels preserves the reputation of the school. Chaperones must manage arrivals efficiently to avoid complaints.

Stay quiet in the lobby during check-in

Students stay seated with luggage. Tour operator handles passports and collects room cards.

Inspect lights, mirror, toilet flush, and windows immediately. Report any pre-existing cracks/issues to your chaperone within 10 minutes.

Setup Room Key Sharing system

Divide duties. Room keys (card) operate the power slot inside the room. Do not lose room keys.
