Over 9 nights, our group will stay in business-class hotels in Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin, and Frankfurt. Proper behavior inside German hotels preserves the reputation of the school. Chaperones must manage arrivals efficiently to avoid complaints.

Stay quiet in the lobby during check-in
Students stay seated with luggage. Tour operator handles passports and collects room cards.
Damage Check on entering roomCritical
Inspect lights, mirror, toilet flush, and windows immediately. Report any pre-existing cracks/issues to your chaperone within 10 minutes.
Setup Room Key Sharing system
Divide duties. Room keys (card) operate the power slot inside the room. Do not lose room keys.

Shouting in corridors, slamming heavy hotel doors, or loud music can lead to hotel fines or eviction. German guests value silence.

Record room numbers against student groups. Hand master key cards copy to chaperones.

Verify all students are physically in their rooms. No student may visit other rooms after 9:30 PM.

In Germany, clearing your plate and returning trays is mandatory. No loud talking in breakfast halls.
