Daily Private Coach (Bus) Operations
Rules for long distance coach rides, seating rotations, and driver breaks.
Our group will use a private 49-seater luxury coach. In Germany, strict road safety laws apply. The driver is legally required to take mandatory rest periods. We must respect the coach rules to ensure smooth travel across the German landscape.

Throwing wrappers, leaving bottles, or spilling drinks is banned. Use the small trash bags provided by the tour operator.
Strict seat rotation system
Rotate seats daily. Front rows are reserved for teachers/coordinators and students prone to motion sickness.
Verify driver resting times alignmentCritical
Ensure the bus driver gets a 45-minute break for every 4.5 hours of driving. Coordinate rest-stop locations.

Verify all 42 passengers are boarded. Do not rely on quick face scans; call out student rolls.
💡 Bus Etiquette Rules
The toilet inside the bus is designated only for emergency use (as capacity is limited and emptying it requires special depots). Ask students to use restrooms at highway stops during driver breaks.
