Can you handle groups from any country?
Yes. We work with tour operators worldwide. We have particular experience with Indian groups and understand the specific requirements around food, cultural preferences, and pace. However, our services are open to groups from any country with any travel profile.
How far in advance do we need to contact you?
For best results, we recommend contacting us at least 6–8 weeks before departure. This allows time for supplier quotations, hotel block negotiation, and attraction bookings. For large groups (50+), 12 weeks or more is ideal. We can handle shorter lead times for smaller groups.
Do you cover cities beyond Berlin?
Yes. Our primary base is Berlin, but we coordinate group programs across all major German cities including Munich, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Cologne, Dresden, and Potsdam. We also handle multi-city itineraries combining two or more destinations.
