Before the group checks in at Chennai International Airport (MAA), this checklist ensures zero delays at the check-in counters and immigration. Clean documents and organized bag-tagging are key to starting this 42-people student tour smoothly.

Double-check that all 36 students have their minor consent forms (NOC) and passport copies in print before approaching emigration. One missing NOC form will result in the student being turned back.
